Sales Counselor

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Counselor to assist patients, address their concerns, and successfully convert consultations into treatment plans. This role requires excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and a drive to achieve sales goals while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Attend to and counsel walk-in and referred patients regarding hair and skin treatments
• Understand patients' concerns and suggest appropriate treatment options and packages
• Ethically convert patient consultations into confirmed sales
• Clearly explain treatment methods, pricing structures, and anticipated outcomes
• Follow up with potential clients and nurture ongoing relationships
• Confidently address questions and objections from patients
• Maintain accurate documentation of all consultations, sales conversions, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with doctors and clinic personnel to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Strong ability in sales techniques and negotiation
• Understanding of customer behavior and psychology
• Presentable, confident, and approachable personality
• Capability to manage objections and successfully close sales
• Basic knowledge of skincare and haircare is preferable
