Role Summary
We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team in Auckland, New Zealand. This key position supports sales operations, reporting, and inventory management to help achieve business objectives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations including promotional submissions, retailer communication, account administration, and maintaining sales tracking systems.
- Generate and review sales and inventory reports, analyze trends, identify opportunities, and assist in forecasting and planning.
- Assist the Account Management team and Sales Leadership by preparing reports, documentation, presentations, and handling operational tasks to boost commercial results.
- Organize promotional events, customer presentations, trade shows, and oversee the handling of product samples.
- Develop strong rapport with both internal and external stakeholders while providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth sales team operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales operations, sales administration, or related commercial support roles.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and functions such as XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, with experience analyzing sales, inventory, or reporting data.
- Exceptional analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on collaboration across departments.
- A proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous process improvements and enhancing business performance.
