Sales Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking for an efficient Sales Coordinator to manage daily office tasks and support our sales operations in Delhi-NCR. This position involves interacting with customers, processing orders, and maintaining office records while working closely with production and dispatch teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage routine office administration and daily office operations.
• Handle incoming customer communications via calls and WhatsApp messages, providing prompt responses.
• Maintain strong relationships with current customers and ensure their satisfaction.
• Follow up to secure new and repeat orders from customers.
• Reach out to potential clients to generate new business leads.
• Prepare and manage quotations, order documentation, invoices, and related office paperwork.
• Collaborate with production, dispatch, and sales departments to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor pending payments and customer requirements to facilitate collections and service delivery.
• Maintain and update customer databases and follow-up records regularly.
• Provide assistance in coordinating sales activities and perform other office duties as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic proficiency in computers, including MS Excel, MS Word, and WhatsApp.
• Good command of both Hindi and English languages.
• Positive mindset with the capability to professionally manage customer interactions.
• Experience in office administration, telecalling, or sales coordination is preferable.
