Sales Coordinator – Freight Forwarding

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture established key accounts while actively managing the sales pipeline.
• Develop and present proposals and quotations related to freight forwarding services.
• Collaborate effectively with the operations team to coordinate sales activities from initial quoting through to job completion.
• Monitor shipment progress, liaising with operations and maintaining client communications.
• Follow up on sales leads and ensure CRM and other internal systems are accurately updated.
• Oversee the entire freight forwarding process across all sectors, focusing primarily on customers based in the UAE.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 4 years experience in freight forwarding, with preference for 5 or more years.
• Demonstrated practical experience in sales coordination, preparing quotes, and drafting proposals.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is essential.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
• Must be either based in the UAE or open to relocation.
• Exhibit operational acumen, the capability to manage strict deadlines, and a mindset geared toward continual learning.

Additional Information
