Sales Coordinator

Job Overview

The Sales Coordinator role involves managing communication and operations between the Branch Sales and Pre-delivery Inspection teams to ensure vehicles are delivered on schedule and in excellent condition, maximizing customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires overseeing vehicle inventory to maintain smooth stock management within the branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations to guarantee uninterrupted workflow.
• Participate in identifying continuous improvement opportunities to enhance processes, reduce costs, and boost productivity by integrating international best practices.
• Support the preparation of accurate and timely sales reports adhering to company and departmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Branch Sales team to create and maintain a prioritized vehicle delivery list.
• Ensure pre-delivery procedures are finalized at least 24 hours prior to customer vehicle delivery.
• Promptly inform the sales team about any defects or malfunctions discovered during inspections.
• Collect and hand over all signed documentation required for post-delivery activities to the sales team in a timely manner.
• Engage with sales consultants to follow up on customer requests regarding vehicle availability and specifications.
• Monitor and regulate the movement of vehicles within the branch.
• Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure consistent and controlled work execution.
• Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Between zero to two years of experience in sales-related roles.
