Role Overview
As a Sales Consultant at our Levin store, your primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer service and help clients find the best solutions through expert consultation. You'll contribute directly to an engaging and welcoming in-store experience that distinguishes us from competitors.
Work Schedule
- Monday: 8:30am - 5:45pm
- Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:45pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am - 5:45pm
- Saturday: 8:30am - 5:15pm
- Sunday: 9:45am - 4:15pm
Please note this schedule is fixed with no option for changes; candidates must be available for all listed hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a diverse range of technology products to customers.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships while promptly addressing their queries.
- Maintain the store’s presentation to ensure it is inviting and well-kept.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a positive working atmosphere.
- Meet personal sales goals and support team performance targets.
