Role Overview
This Sales Consultant position is centered on delivering expert guidance and exceptional service to customers, ensuring they leave the store with products that perfectly meet their needs. Beyond just offering a wide range of tech products, the role emphasizes creating memorable retail experiences through knowledgeable assistance.
Working Hours
- Monday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Tuesday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
- Thursday: 12:30pm - 9:00pm
- Sunday: 9:30am - 5:30pm
Primary Responsibilities
- Sell diverse technology products effectively to customers.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships while addressing their questions and concerns.
- Keep the store environment clean, inviting, and well-presented.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily sales targets and contribute to a positive team culture.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm for sales, whether experienced or beginning their sales career from a customer-focused position. Key traits include being a proactive, team-oriented problem-solver with outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus.
