Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own client portfolio with true ownership and creative freedom.
• Engage with companies to identify their staffing needs and collaboratively develop tailored solutions.
• Facilitate connections between candidates and companies, acting as a matchmaker, coach, and career advisor.
• Serve as the primary communication link, guiding both parties through the recruitment process.

Candidate Profile

• High motivation, enthusiasm for sales, and a strong drive to achieve outstanding results.
• Some experience in sales, with B2B sales being a plus though not mandatory.
• Solution-focused mindset, the ability to maintain positivity under pressure, and eagerness for personal growth.
• Team-oriented attitude with collaboration deeply ingrained in your working style.
• Completed university degree or commercial training; fluent in both German and English.
