Role Overview

Based at the Miele Outlet Store in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, this role centers on delivering superb customer experiences by building meaningful relationships and providing expert advice on our products. You will ensure every customer journey is marked by exceptional service, aligned with Miele’s philosophy of ‘Immer Besser’ (Always Better).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive and personalized customer consultations, managing the entire sales process from first enquiry to purchase and post-sale service.
• Identify customers’ individual needs and match them with tailored appliance solutions enhancing their lifestyle and home.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while striving to meet sales targets.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge through various communication channels, including telephone and email, to engage and inform customers.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in retail sales with a proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and measurable outcomes.
• Skilled in consultative selling techniques, adaptable to varied customer requirements and adept at managing the entire sales cycle.
• Competent in performing product demonstrations and creating engaging, inspiring home economist experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities; confident in engaging affluent clients across multiple platforms.
• Team-oriented with a flexible, adaptable approach and a proactive commitment to supporting business goals.

Working Hours

• Permanent full-time role requiring 37.5 hours per week spread over five days.
• Necessary flexibility to accommodate business requirements including weekend shifts.
