Position Summary and Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant role focuses on expanding the property listings by securing instructions and aiding the Branch Manager in enhancing branch profitability. The consultant will cultivate excellent client relationships and provide outstanding experiences consistently as part of a driven and target-oriented team.

  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the property sales market.
  • Advertise available properties, organize property viewings, and register prospective applicants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service both via telephone and in-person meetings.
  • Meet and exceed personal and branch sales objectives.
  • Generate new business and foster connections within the local community through active networking.
  • Serve as the communication link between clients and vendors, ensuring transparent information flow.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships both within the team and with external contacts.
  • Accurately prepare property information and ensure precise data management.
  • Manage the entire property sale process from viewing through to closure.
  • Assist branch management with various supporting duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a residential sales agent with proven success in acquiring new business.
  • Experience in listing properties and conducting valuations.
  • Strong sales capabilities with a high standard of customer service expertise.
  • Effective telephone communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Strong negotiation skills and determination to achieve targets.
  • Self-motivation and persistence with a drive to succeed independently.
  • Ability to form and sustain trustworthy relationships at multiple levels.
  • Adaptability and responsiveness to change.

Working Hours and Salary

  • Monday to Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • One Saturday every two weeks from 9 AM to 1 PM.
  • Compensation up to £32,000 OTE (On Target Earnings).
