Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert fashion and wardrobe guidance aligned with latest trends and customer preferences.
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience through attentive, personalized service tailored to clients’ needs.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across categories to confidently respond to customer inquiries and contribute towards revenue targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with high-value customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Actively promote new seasonal collections to increase merchandise visibility and sales opportunities.
• Train and mentor Apprentices at the store to prepare them for roles as Fashion Consultants.
• Manage the billing counter in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Effectively communicate ongoing promotions and offers to influence customer purchasing decisions.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally to uphold brand reputation and satisfaction.
• Advise customers on complementary non-apparel items to enhance their overall style.
• Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with brand and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor stock levels attentively, reporting fast-moving items, stock shortages, and emerging customer trends.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must have a minimum of one year of relevant experience and reside in Dombivli or Mumbai areas only.

Additional Information

This position offers a monthly stipend between 5000 and 8000 INR. The role is full-time onsite based in Dombivli. There is one vacancy available, and the engagement duration is five months, with immediate start. Successful candidates will also be offered a job opportunity upon completion.
