Role Overview

The Sales Cashier position based in Riyadh is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing customer sales transactions with precision. Key duties include handling cash and electronic payments, generating receipts, balancing cash registers at shift end, greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries, and ensuring the checkout area is tidy and orderly. Additional responsibilities cover restocking near the counter, monitoring promotions or discounts, processing returns or exchanges per company policy, and collaborating with colleagues to support smooth store operations and enhance customer experience.

Key Qualifications

• Proficient in basic arithmetic and cash handling, capable of operating POS systems and adhering to standard checkout protocols.
• Excellent customer service aptitude, demonstrating clear communication, courteous interaction, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-focused to ensure accuracy in transaction processing, record keeping, and vigilance over prices and promotional offers.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, manage customer lines, and remain composed during busy times.
• Basic knowledge of retail processes including stock rotation, product display, and managing returns/exchanges effectively.
• Dependable and punctual, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; retail or cashier experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work harmoniously in a diverse team while maintaining professional appearance and conduct in line with company standards.
