Job Summary
Techtrix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Female Sales & Service Telecaller to join the Refurbished Laptop & Desktop division. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls related to refurbished computer products, addressing customer inquiries, explaining product details and prices, and supporting sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls regarding refurbished laptops and desktops
- Provide detailed product information including pricing and options
- Engage with potential customers to follow up and close sales
- Handle customer service queries effectively
- Work closely with the service team to facilitate customer support
- Keep accurate records of customers and follow-ups
Qualifications and Requirements
- Preference for female applicants
- Strong communication skills
- Basic proficiency with computers
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience
- Experience in telecalling or sales is advantageous
