Core Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to understand their sleep-related needs and preferences while promoting our high-quality products and services.
- Maintain the store’s visual appeal through organized product displays, timely stock replenishment, and general housekeeping.
- Assist in receiving shipments, organizing merchandise, and conducting inventory counts to uphold accurate stock records.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow sales team members to surpass sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory; we are committed to training the right candidate.
- A positive, proactive mindset with a strong customer service orientation.
- The ambition to engage in ongoing learning and development.
- Availability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong critical thinking abilities and independent problem-solving skills.
