Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on the sales floor.
• Find suitable solutions and create a positive buying experience, whether for new TVs or audio accessories.
• Conduct customer consultation sessions, prepare offers and invoices, and finalize contracts.
• Maintain appealing product displays on store shelves.
• Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Passion for sales and customer interaction on a daily basis.
• Completed vocational training in sales or strong motivation as a career changer to acquire necessary expertise with our support.
• Preferably prior experience in retailing consumer electronics.
• Enjoyment in advising customers and working with people.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
