Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a comfortable and uplifting shopping experience tailored to each customer's unique needs.
• Engage customers with active listening skills to recommend Knix products that ensure confidence and proper fit.
• Operate effectively in a sales-driven environment, proactively working towards KPIs such as average order value, conversion rate, and units per transaction.
• Stay informed of Knix's expanding product selection and promotions to assist customers knowledgeably.
• Maintain an enthusiastic and energetic presence on the sales floor regardless of customer traffic.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store organization, and daily operational tasks to keep the store customer-ready.
• Report any notable concerns or opportunities to the Manager on Duty promptly.

Qualifications

Eligibility Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada and be at least 18 years old.
• Capability to lift and manage packages weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Able to move efficiently around the store for extended periods during shifts.
• Willing to work flexible schedules that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
