Job Overview

The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service aligned with MAGRABi standards to foster strong customer relationships and ensure customer retention. The role centers around recognizing customer needs and advising on the optimal products and services that fulfill those requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification is required; holding a diploma is advantageous.
• Between one and two years of retail experience is essential, with optical knowledge considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold MAGRABi standards by adhering to predetermined policies and procedures, including dress code, floor behavior, sales protocols, and code of conduct to preserve company reputation.
• Determine customer needs by employing MAGRABi’s sales methodologies, presenting various products and services, and discussing promotions to cater to client demands.
• Guarantee fulfillment of customer commitments through diligent follow-up with relevant parties until services are successfully rendered.
• Share accountability for stock accuracy and product safety; report discrepancies or issues to improve stock management efficiency.
• Manage the billing process via the system complying with MAGRABi’s sales standards to enhance sales tracking and recording.
• Collaborate with colleagues to reach store-wide objectives and amplify customer experiences, fostering long-term loyalty.
• Monitor personal sales performance against monthly business targets, identify areas needing improvement, and take corrective actions to meet sales goals.
