Job description
Overview
Join Me N Moms Private Limited as a Retail Sales Associate in Hyderabad or Noida, supporting store operations and delivering excellent customer experiences in busy retail environments.
Key Duties
- Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending fitting products.
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and add-ons to meet individual and store targets.
- Ensure product displays are attractive, stock levels are maintained, and store hygiene is upheld.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting daily operational tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed 12th grade; graduates are preferred.
- Experience of up to 3 years in retail or sales is acceptable; recent graduates may also apply.
- Basic communication skills in English and proficiency in handling customers.
- A positive mindset focused on achieving sales targets.
- Availability to work during weekends and festive periods.
