Overview

We seek a motivated Sales Associate with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets to support daily retail functions. The role involves assisting customers, promoting merchandise, and aiding in reaching the store's sales goals.

• Manage sales transactions utilizing the POS system accurately.
• Support cash transactions, billing, and payment processing duties.
• Ensure products are displayed properly, priced correctly, and replenished timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards within the store environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with stock and store teams for smooth operations.
• Contribute to promotional events, product launches, and in-store marketing efforts.
• Keep product knowledge current including ongoing offers and deals.
• Assist with opening and closing store activities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer orientation with effective sales and negotiation skills.
• Capable of working towards defined sales KPIs and targets.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is advantageous.
• Professional appearance, proactive mindset, and dedication to service excellence.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in UAE or GCC retail environments will be considered an asset.
