Job Overview

As a Sales Associate at Staples Canada in St-Georges, Quebec, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales within the furniture, technology, and supplies departments. Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling shipping and marketing transactions.
• Address and de-escalate challenging customer situations calmly or escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain the store’s cleanliness and safety by performing tasks such as dusting, front-facing products, and ensuring demo units are well-maintained and operational.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably between 3 months to 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to effectively work within a team environment.
