Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate is integral to embodying and promoting our core company values. The primary aim is to deliver outstanding customer service while fostering ongoing relationships that convert one-time shoppers into lifelong customers.
Key Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, ideally within the apparel sector.
- Proven skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Familiarity with retail operational standards including store upkeep, cash handling, and merchandise display.
- A self-driven individual with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Polished and professional appearance suitable for a retail setting.
- A positive, enthusiastic, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to accurately assess customer needs.
- Competence in securing agreement or purchase commitment for products or services.
Primary Responsibilities and Impact
- Adopt and consistently demonstrate a customer-first approach to boost loyalty.
- Resolve client concerns effectively and promptly within the store environment.
- Collaborate actively as part of the team to support overall store performance.
- Execute point of sales operations and merchandising duties, such as shipment receipt, shelf replenishment, price adjustments, and maintaining fitting room standards.
- Stay informed on all updates related to products and services.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring the store's product presentation, cleanliness, organization, and displays align with company expectations.
- Comply thoroughly with all Loss Prevention protocols and policies.
