Job Description

We seek a Sales Associate responsible for managing property inquiries, coordinating with clients, and developing a comprehensive property inventory. The role combines office-based calling with frequent field visits to industrial and commercial sites to survey available properties and engage with owners or managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with potential clients to ascertain their property needs.
• Perform regular field visits to inspect factories and industrial properties across Noida.
• Engage with property owners or their representatives to collect current property information for sale or lease.
• Develop and maintain an updated property inventory with precise details and specifications.
• Facilitate coordination of property options for clients, arrange site visits, and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Support lead generation, nurture client relationships, assist in negotiations, and contribute to closing property deals.

Working Hours and Location

Workdays are Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The workplace is located at Eon Fairfox, Sector-140A, Noida, near Noida Metro Aqua Line Stations Sector 137 and Sector 142.

Additional Information

This role is field-oriented and requires frequent onsite property surveys and visits to factories and industrial properties. Candidates must be comfortable with traveling across Noida and Greater Noida areas as part of their job duties.
