As part of our Dublin team, we seek a dedicated Sales Associate experienced in luxury retail to cultivate client relationships and develop expertise in Dior Couture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting, assisting, and advising clients.
• Establish loyalty by building personalized connections with customers through a one-to-one personal shopping approach.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and stay informed on current marketing campaigns, launches, and promotions.
• Promote additional sales to reach individual and departmental sales goals.
• Address customer concerns professionally, collaborating with management when necessary.
• Monitor and stay aware of sales targets and department performance daily and weekly.
• Adhere to stock management and inventory procedures effectively.
• Contribute to maintaining superior housekeeping and visual merchandising standards within the department.
• Use selling systems proficiently, including cash, credit, and exchange operations.
• Ensure overall retail cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Implement all required measures to maximize product security and minimize theft.
• Operate the department in alignment with company administrative standards to reduce losses.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in luxury fashion retail is essential.
• Outstanding communication abilities and skill in building strong customer relationships.
• A strong enthusiasm for Christian Dior and its collections.
• Good knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Availability to work full-time, including Monday through Sunday shifts.
