Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring memorable shopping experiences for clientele.
- Meet and exceed both individual and store sales targets by expertly recommending products and employing effective sales techniques.
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the store team to drive business objectives and achieve goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle sectors.
- Demonstrate strong communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Show enthusiasm for fashion, delivering outstanding customer service, and sales performance.
- Exhibit a positive, cooperative attitude and thrive in a team-based environment.
- Be willing and flexible to work retail shift patterns as required.
