About the Role

Join a rapidly expanding business at the new Domaine Homes display centre located in Huntlee, Hunter Valley, Newcastle NSW. Domaine Homes is part of Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia's foremost residential construction and property development enterprises. The Sales Associate will serve as the initial contact for potential home buyers, offering them a welcoming and informative experience at the display centre while supporting the broader sales operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and ensure an engaging and informative experience at the display homes.
• Assist the sales team with administrative duties such as preparing documentation and maintaining records.
• Support marketing campaigns and promote Domaine Homes’ residential offerings.
• Ensure the display centre and sales office are maintained to a high standard of presentation and professionalism.
• Record prospective customer leads, distribute marketing materials, and nurture strong relationships with potential home buyers.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a natural ability to communicate with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Available to work five days per week including weekends.
• Exhibits excellent communication skills combined with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Highly energetic, self-driven, and motivated to learn continuously.
• Strong attention to detail with effective organisational skills.
• Capable of working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment or independently.
• Goal-focused and able to excel within a fast-paced setting.
