Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by placing customers at the center of all your actions, embodying the Card Factory commitment.
• Make every customer feel welcomed and valued, providing a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Operate the tills courteously and efficiently, assisting customers to find what they need, and suggesting additional items when appropriate.
• Ensure shelves are replenished and maintained attractively throughout your shift.
• Advise customers on our broad range of gifts, wrapping materials, and other products beyond greeting cards.

Requirements and Skills

No previous retail experience is required as full training is provided. What matters most is that you are friendly, approachable, and able to stay energetic while on your feet during busy periods. Flexibility with working hours is highly valued, and opportunities to work at nearby stores may be available.

Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with people are essential to thrive in this role. You will gain valuable experience in a fun, supportive environment while developing new skills and helping create joyful moments for customers.
