Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Assistant who puts customers first and enjoys cultivating an engaging and authentic shopping atmosphere. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy, sales-driven environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and contributes to a lively store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to build strong customer relationships
• Handle cash and Eftpos transactions accurately
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all business areas
• Ensure high store standards, assist with merchandising and visual presentation
• Work diligently to meet budgets, sales targets, and KPIs
• Support stock management and maintain product quality control
• Adhere to national legislation, workplace health and safety, and security policies
