Join the Autopro family as a Sales Assistant, contributing to helping customers prepare their vehicles effectively. This full-time position is centered on delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the team and achieving sales targets in the store. Autopro is Australia’s foremost independent retailer specializing in automotive aftermarket parts and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and knowledgeable product guidance.
• Support the store in reaching sales and performance goals.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
• Help manage stock, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibit a strong work ethic and effective organizational abilities.
• Possess previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
• Show genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Be motivated to learn and develop professionally within the company.
