Role Overview

As a Sales Assistant at ANM JewelleryLine based in New Delhi, you will work full time on-site. Your main duties include welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and offering knowledgeable advice about jewellery products and collections. Daily responsibilities involve supporting sales transactions, maintaining attractive product displays, managing shop floor inventory, and keeping the store tidy and well organized. You will address customer questions, handle exchanges and returns in line with company policies, and aid in store promotional efforts. Collaboration with the sales team to achieve targets, updating customer information, and encouraging repeat business through professional and courteous service are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service to establish trust with clients.
• Clear and professional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in sales techniques including product demonstration, upselling, and closing sales.
• Good organizational skills to efficiently manage product displays, stock levels, and related documentation.
• Preferred prior experience in retail or jewellery sales, alongside basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Experience managing online sales and handling sales at outstation exhibitions is advantageous.
