Position Summary

Babulal Jewellers is seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join their Raipur showroom. This permanent, full-time in-store role involves assisting customers and supporting the sales team in delivering a premium retail experience.

Key Duties

• Greet customers warmly and offer professional assistance.
• Help Sales Executives in managing customer interactions effectively.
• Identify basic customer needs and aid in product selection.
• Assist with the display and arrangement of jewellery items.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and counter presentation standards.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth customer service flow.
• Support product stocking activities and showroom operations.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers as needed.
• Adhere to company standard operating procedures, grooming and discipline guidelines.
• Ensure every customer enjoys a friendly and professional shopping environment.

Candidate Profile

• A graduate education is preferred.
• Prior retail experience will be considered an advantage.
