About the Role
Slowear is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Assistant to join our boutique located on King's Road, London. This role offers a unique opportunity to represent a brand known for its timeless sophistication, outstanding craftsmanship, and a distinct philosophy in modern retail. As a Sales Assistant, you will act as a genuine brand ambassador and a versatile team member, playing an essential role on the shopfloor to boost sales, cultivate your own client portfolio, and support daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding and highly personalized customer service that creates memorable and meaningful experiences.
- Consistently manage and expand your personal client base through proactive outreach and CRM activities.
- Contribute actively towards meeting individual and store sales objectives with a strong focus on commercial success.
- Assist with visual merchandising to maintain the shopfloor’s alignment with the brand’s standards.
- Help with daily operational tasks such as stock handling and general store maintenance.
- Demonstrate initiative by suggesting ideas to enhance overall store performance and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally within a boutique setting.
- Experience in menswear retail is strongly preferred.
- Excellent clienteling skills with a proactive and strategic use of CRM for client engagement.
- A positive, can-do attitude paired with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Commercially minded and motivated by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Eager, proactive, and motivated to develop professionally within the company and brand.
Compensation
The total expected annual salary package ranges from £27,000 to £30,000.
