Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize customers in every task to meet our commitment to their satisfaction.
• Create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience that delights and converts visitors.
• Operate the cash register with a friendly demeanor, ensuring customers find what they need (and hopefully some extras).
• Maintain well-stocked, attractive shelves at all times.
• Promote a broad variety of gifts, wrapping materials, and more, showcasing that we're much more than just cards.

Requirements and Training

No prior retail experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. What matters most is a friendly, approachable attitude, comfort standing on your feet during busy periods, and readiness to assist customers. Flexibility with working hours is a plus, with opportunities for shifts at nearby locations.

Strong communication skills and a love for engaging with customers will help you gain valuable experience in a fun and supportive environment. As part of our team, you will develop new skills while helping to create memorable moments for each customer.
