Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistants to join our team in Ealing Broadway on a full-time basis. This role involves engaging with customers, food preparation, and supporting daily shop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers, handling orders, managing cash, and operating the till.
- Prepare fresh sandwiches, baguettes, and other food items adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Complete training will be provided.
- Support routine shop activities to ensure smooth operation.
Candidate Profile
- No prior experience or formal training required as comprehensive training is offered.
- Must be confident, energetic, have a strong work ethic, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and cooperate effectively within a team.
Working Conditions and Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage: £12.21 for adults, £11.75 for ages 18-21, and £10.00 for under 18s.
- Scheduled 39 hours per week spanning Monday to Sunday, with potential for flexible shifts to accommodate personal needs.
