Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional brand experience, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a service exemplar by understanding consumer needs, offering detailed product information, and providing effective product demonstrations.
• Handle payments, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to cash handling and profit safeguard protocols.
• Provide premium post-sale support, including assistance with certain repairs.
• Develop and sustain trusting relationships with customers.
• Follow all company policies and guidelines diligently.
• Maintain an attractive and shopper-friendly environment through consistent visual merchandising and store upkeep.
• Perform daily operational tasks and meet priorities as assigned by store management.
• Gather meaningful customer data for CRM purposes to build and personalize ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members to achieve or exceed store objectives.
• Comply with store security and safety policies to ensure a secure shopping and working atmosphere.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate suggestions to management aimed at boosting sales and meeting key performance indicators.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Prior sales experience in luxury, premium retail, or juvenile markets.
• Completed apprenticeship or equivalent education in sales, commerce, or related fields.
• Proficiency in German and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A genuine passion and interest in design and fashion.
• Energetic demeanor combined with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility and a customer-focused, proactive approach.
• Willingness and capability to work various hours tailored to business demands.
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable working with POS systems.
