Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of every shopper.
• Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere that leaves customers impressed and encourages repeat visits.
• Operate tills efficiently and courteously, ensuring customers find everything they need, and possibly discover additional products.
• Maintain well-stocked and attractively presented shelves to highlight our diverse product range.
• Suggest suitable gifts, wrapping materials, and other products to complement our card selections, emphasizing that we offer far more than just cards.

Requirements and Additional Information

No previous retail experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided. The most important qualities are friendliness, approachability, stamina to be on your feet during busy periods, and readiness to assist customers enthusiastically. Flexibility with working hours is beneficial, as there may be opportunities for shifts at nearby stores.

Excellent communication skills, a love of engaging with customers, and eagerness to develop valuable experience in a supportive and enjoyable environment are key to succeeding in this role.
