Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in attracting customers through direct field visits and outreach programs in the market.
• Promote home loan products and other retail lending options to potential clients.
• Engage with prospective customers to clearly present the products and offerings available.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers to support business growth.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely loan application processing.
• Support in meeting business targets while delivering excellent customer service standards.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Graduate degree holders who meet the eligibility specified under NATS standards and have not completed prior apprenticeship training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Genuine interest in sales and engaging directly with customers.
• Preparedness to operate in a field-based working environment.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 15,000 to 18,000, supplemented with incentive opportunities.
