Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Al Jubayl seeks a Sales and Service Associate responsible for welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and suggesting appropriate products or services. Key duties involve managing sales transactions, addressing inquiries, and delivering post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. The position also includes organizing product displays, maintaining an orderly workspace, and accurately updating customer and sales data in records or systems. The associate will work in coordination with colleagues to achieve sales objectives, adhere to company guidelines, and assist with studio events or promotional campaigns as required.
