Role Overview

The Sales Advocate position is a full-time, on-location job based in Kolkata. Responsibilities include directly engaging customers on the shop floor, understanding their requirements, recommending appropriate products, and assisting with completing sales. Daily duties also cover maintaining attractive product displays, clearly communicating offers and pricing, addressing basic customer questions, and ensuring orderly and clean sales areas.

This role requires collaboration with team members to achieve sales targets, sharing insights on customer preferences, and participating in ongoing training to stay updated with product knowledge and sales methods.

• Physical stamina to stand for long durations during shifts.
• Prior retail or frontline sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; eagerness to learn and adapt is important.
• Minimum education requirement: completion of secondary schooling or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
