Key Responsibilities

• Consistently represent and communicate the brand values and philosophy of On.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers warmly, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored solutions.
• Carefully listen to customer needs to enhance their interaction with our products.
• Keep comprehensive knowledge of our products' technical details and stay informed about On's global initiatives, including sustainability and athlete-related stories.
• Share ideas for merchandising and community engagement events to enrich the store's appeal.
• Provide constructive feedback to management to improve store operations and customer experience.
• Maintain high visual standards in the store to reflect a premium shopping environment.
• Support inventory control activities, including placing orders and replenishing stock.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred, especially in running, fashion, or sports sectors, though not mandatory.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive learner who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong customer service skills driven by a passion for helping individuals achieve personal goals.
• Attention to detail in maintaining store appearance and visual merchandising.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining customer-focused and flexible to business needs.
