Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Safety Specialist II for our Privacy Operations team. This position involves supporting privacy-related user inquiries and escalations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the refinement and scaling of privacy operational procedures. Your work will directly impact our Trust & Safety Enforcement efforts to uphold privacy standards and user trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to escalated privacy-related questions and requests from the platform users.
  • Partner effectively with global interdisciplinary teams to advance project goals and support privacy initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, derive meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Pinpoint opportunities to enhance privacy workflows and improve scalability.
  • Balance business needs alongside privacy requirements by collaborating with various stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in regulation compliance or trust and safety operations is essential.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend and adapt to multiple, evolving policies and procedures.
  • Strong critical thinking capabilities to detect and propose workflow enhancements.
  • Proven experience collaborating on cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to excel in a fast-moving, dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or custom support/moderation tools is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or commensurate experience.

Additional Information

  • This full-time position requires on-site presence in Dublin, Ireland, with in-person collaboration expected 1-2 times per quarter. Candidates must reside within commuting distance.
  • Relocation support is not provided for this role.
  • Salary range for this position is €54,933 to €96,133 EUR annually, subject to factors like location and experience. Equity participation is also available.
