Wynn Al Marjan Island is poised to become the UAE's inaugural integrated resort, scheduled to debut in 2027. Situated approximately 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in Ras Al Khaimah, the resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 dining and drinking venues, a theater, a beach club, numerous swimming pools including those designed for wading, a luxurious spa and salon, a retail promenade, and a center for celebrations and events.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Runner to join the Inventory Control Team at Wynn Al Marjan Island, supporting the seamless movement and management of goods within the back-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport food and non-food items efficiently across designated back-of-house locations.
• Ensure all deliveries to various outlets are accurate, timely, and undamaged.
• Adhere strictly to temperature control standards and delivery protocols for all goods.
• Collect approved returns from outlets and deliver them to the checkpoint.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely and observe all safety guidelines within back-of-house zones.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and promptly resolve issues in collaboration with the checkpoint team and Inventory Clerks.
• Maintain confidentiality on all operational matters at all times.
• Work assigned shifts diligently, maintaining professional interactions with team members, leadership, and contractors.
• Abide by company policies, Code of Conduct, and health and safety standards; report delivery or routing issues immediately.
• Dress and present oneself in accordance with company grooming standards.
• Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least a Secondary School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in food handling, inventory control, receiving, or logistics is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proficient at an intermediate level with Microsoft Office applications.
• Attentive to detail and highly organized.
• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Team-oriented and able to adapt quickly in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
