Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Runner to efficiently coordinate between the kitchen, pantry, bar, and service staff. The ideal candidate will facilitate the delivery of food and beverages per orders, assist with basic food preparation, maintain cleanliness areas, and support with coffee preparation and equipment handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen, pantry, bar, and service teams to ensure timely service.
• Deliver food and beverages according to customer orders.
• Clear used dishes and ensure crockery is returned to the cleaning zone.
• Support simple preparation tasks such as arranging bread baskets, lemons, and basic sauces.
• Prepare and serve coffee and related drinks while handling coffee-making equipment and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Maintain cleanliness in pantries, coffee bars, and the dining area to uphold hygiene standards.
• Polish cutlery and glassware and ensure service equipment is spotless.
• Replenish stock for pantry and coffee supplies as needed.
• Handle hot food, liquids, and equipment with safety precautions at all times.
