Key Responsibilities

• Analyze delivery and transportation datasets to optimize routing strategies.
• Assist with daily route planning and allocation of resources.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and Analytics domains.
• Monitor the effectiveness of deliveries and identify areas for optimization.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance updates concerning route analytics.
• Support the monitoring of GPS and route planning systems.
• Evaluate fleet usage and assist in scheduling deliveries efficiently.
• Track key transportation performance indicators and operational trends.
• Work alongside operations personnel to enhance delivery workflows.
• Resolve common logistical and route planning challenges.
• Maintain precise records and documentation related to operations.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving transport processes.
• Ensure accuracy of data and streamline operational tasks.
• Engage in cross-functional logistics and supply chain projects.
• Stay current with advancements in route optimization and transport industry practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or Operations is preferred.
• Experience ranging from one to three years in roles related to logistics, transportation, route planning, or operations analytics is beneficial.
• Strong foundation in transportation and routing concepts.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, Google Maps, GIS, route planning software, or transportation management systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of fleet management, GPS tracking, delivery optimization, and KPI reporting is a plus.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in diverse international teams.
• Experience within the UAE or GCC logistics sectors is an asset but not required.
• Relevant certifications in logistics or analytics are welcome yet not mandatory.
