Role Overview

This full-time position based in Dubai involves operating as a Rope Access Technician performing façade cleaning, maintenance, and inspection duties at height on commercial and tall buildings. Key responsibilities include assembling and managing rope access systems, adhering strictly to safe work-at-height protocols, and carrying out window cleaning, minor repairs, and installation tasks. The role also requires conducting visual inspections of façades, recording observations, and reporting any abnormalities or safety issues to supervisors. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure efficient task execution while complying with QHSE standards and minimizing disruptions to daily building activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in operating industrial rope access equipment with an emphasis on safety and proper technique.
• Experienced in working at height with a comprehensive understanding of fall protection methods and safety practices.
• Skilled in window cleaning on high façades and glass surfaces.
• Able to perform detailed inspections for identifying defects, accurately documenting conditions, and assisting maintenance planning.
• Holding certifications like IRATA or equivalent rope access qualifications is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in façade maintenance, building services, or industrial cleaning at height is advantageous.
• Capable of following QHSE guidelines, interpreting work instructions clearly, and completing standard reports.
• Physical fitness along with strong situational awareness, enabling safe work in all weather scenarios.
