Role Purpose

As a Room Attendant in our Housekeeping team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining pristine guestrooms, attending carefully to every detail to ensure exceptional cleanliness. Beyond cleaning duties, you will contribute to a team-oriented environment and assist guests whenever necessary, creating memorable hospitality experiences.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms including linen changes, bathroom sanitation, and surface wiping to deliver an outstanding first impression.
• Operate within defined standards to uphold the high quality of the hotel environment.
• Maintain and replenish housekeeping trolleys ensuring they are properly organized and stocked.
• Handle cleaning agents responsibly and comply with established safety procedures.
• Protect guest privacy and security as a priority at all times.
• Promptly report any maintenance concerns to help ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in cleaning or as a room attendant is advantageous.
• Possess a friendly and approachable communication style welcoming to both guests and team members.
• Have a keen eye for detail, able to manage time efficiently while taking pride in delivering quality work.
• Physically capable for a role that involves moving between rooms using stairs and open pathways.
• Open to working alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability to work weekends and public holidays.
