Role Overview

As a Room Attendant, you will take pride in delivering excellent guest experiences through meticulous service and attention to detail. You will work discreetly and flexibly to ensure guests receive exceptional care throughout their stay. This involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and sometimes handling special guest requests including customized room setups and occasion-specific details.

Working Hours

The operational shifts regularly change but currently include working any day from Monday to Sunday. Shifts may start as early as 7:00 AM and finish by 6:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain seamless and detailed service ensuring every aspect of the room is hygienic and tidy to enhance guest experiences.
• Fulfill special guest requests for room arrangements or additional supplies with care and attention.
• Work efficiently within shift hours to complete room servicing on time.

Required Skills and Qualities

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct small discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills to comprehend instructions and clarify doubts.
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.
• Physical endurance to remain active, lifting and moving during most of the working day.
• Ability to collaborate amiably and supportively with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Past experience working as a room attendant in a five-star hotel environment.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact politely and warmly with guests.
• Good organizational abilities to manage supplies efficiently and keep everything orderly.
