Room Attendant

Position Overview

We are looking for positive and energetic individuals committed to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of designated areas. The ultimate goal is to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness to ensure our guests have a satisfying experience by delivering prompt, polite, friendly, and professional service.

Key Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including bed-making, bathroom sanitation, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Politely greet guests and foster positive interactions.
• Report any maintenance or upkeep concerns to management and maintenance teams.
• Attend to special guest requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
• Carry out any other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Room Attendant is advantageous.
• Understanding of cleaning methods, tools, and equipment usage.
• Capability to stay composed and professional during high-pressure situations.
• Effective communication and active listening abilities.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
