Pasban - The Gatekeeper is developed by Akhil Anand, who previously elevated Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's premier boutique hospitality brands. Our expanding collection of boutique, experiential hotels operate on a philosophy of limited room availability, strong local identity, authentic regional cuisine, and unhurried, attentive service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and service standards in guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Perform turndown services and replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Promptly report any maintenance concerns and manage lost-and-found items efficiently.
• Ensure corridors and public spaces are kept tidy and spotless.
• Respond quickly and courteously to any guest requests.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort; fresh graduates from hotel management programs may also be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to perfectly maintained rooms.
• Polite and discreet interaction with guests; basic proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Physically fit and capable of standing and moving for the duration of the shift.
