Robotics Application Engineer

Job Overview

As a Robotics Application Engineer at Flexiv Robotics based in Singapore, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and R&D teams to deliver expert support and showcase the capabilities of Flexiv's Adaptive Robots to clients, integrators, and partners. Your role involves hands-on involvement in proofs of concept, technical presentations, feasibility studies, programming assistance, training sessions, and participation in trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate internally and with external stakeholders to provide expert demonstrations and support for Flexiv Adaptive Robots.
• Develop and propose innovative concepts and tailored solutions utilizing various technologies within the Flexiv robot product line.
• Oversee deployment and management of complete robotic and automation turnkey projects.
• Offer programming support and assist integrators in customizing Flexiv robots for specific projects.
• Maintain daily communication with the local manager regarding status updates and availability.
• Ensure consistent and effective communication with customers to maintain high-quality service levels.
• Conduct training programs for customers and integrators to enhance product understanding and usage.
• Manage after-sales support services directed at customers and integrators.
• Be prepared to travel as required for project and client engagements.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related Robotics engineering disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in Robotics and/or Automation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for robot programming, vision systems, and robotics ecosystems.
• A passion for robotics, artificial intelligence, and automation with a focus on enhancing work and life through robotic technology adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, organized, and customer-focused environment.
