Robotics and AI Trainer (STEM/STEAM Trainer)

About the Role

Join PADMANABH Innovations LLP as a Robotics and AI Trainer based in Sodala, Jaipur, Rajasthan. This position focuses on delivering innovative STEAM education, integrating robotics, mechatronics, and AI concepts to engage school-level students in hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons and project-based activities in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics using STEAM methodologies.
• Lead daily innovation projects in STEAM and Mechatronics to foster student creativity and logical reasoning.
• Mentor students in school innovation initiatives and competitions, guiding them through robotics, mechatronics, and AI projects.
• Develop and execute interactive training curricula and lesson plans.
• Facilitate practical workshops utilizing tools such as Arduino, ESP series microcontrollers, Raspberry Pi, and other educational platforms.
• Research and prototype innovative educational projects to continuously enhance learning experiences.
• Travel occasionally to local schools around Jaipur to conduct sessions and participate in exhibitions.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience ranging from 6 months up to 5 years in relevant fields.
• Strong practical knowledge in mechatronics systems design and integration of mechanical and electronic components.
• Proficiency in electronics and electrical systems with hands-on circuit design and simulation capabilities.
• Familiarity with microcontroller platforms such as Arduino and ESP32 and embedded systems development.
• Skilled in PCB design and circuit building.
• Experience operating 3D printers for prototyping purposes.
• Understanding and experience with STEAM educational kits and tools.
• Knowledge in rocketry, including designing and building educational models like Hydro Rockets, with the ability to explain their operation.
• Competence in underwater robotics or buoyancy-based submarine models.
• Capability to design, assemble, and pilot RC planes.
• Exposure to humanoid robot assembly and programming.
• Awareness of futuristic transportation concepts such as Hyperloop.
• Basic aerospace fundamentals including flight dynamics and space technologies.
• Foundational or project-level experience in Artificial Intelligence.
• Preferred educational background includes B.Tech or M.Tech degrees in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electronics and Communications, Electrical, Mechanical, AI, or IT.
